Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Digital products, gift cards, and downloadable software are not eligible for return or refund.
Opened software, used accessories, and items not in their original condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to Start a Return
Email support@nintgamest.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for our reply with return instructions and (if applicable) a prepaid return label.
Pack your item securely and send it back to us.
