Returns

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).


Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products, gift cards, and downloadable software are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Opened software, used accessories, and items not in their original condition may not be eligible for a full refund.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@nintgamest.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our reply with return instructions and (if applicable) a prepaid return label.

  3. Pack your item securely and send it back to us.
